Content Management Hub - for Notion
This content management hub gives you not only a place to organise and create your content, but also keeps all the important information that informs that content (personas, style guide, mood boards, tone of voice, mission statements, etc.) close to hand.
- Content Library: Choose from a selection of templates when you open a new page - email, blog posts, etc. - and sort them in any number of ways. Linked to the platforms and themes pages to ensure the relevant content shows up there as well.
- Themes: Develop and curate your themes here for reference as you are developing your content. These are currently tagged in three categories - active, future and archived - as examples.
- Quick Reference Brand Pages: for when you don't need or don't want to go digging through longer documentation: Key Messages,, Look and Feel, Tone of Voice, Audiences & Personas.
- Helpful Resources: Keep your best resources handy. I’ve included a few of my faves to start…
- Platform Pages: Assess performance, plan actions needed & tweak messages by platform. I've done a few to demonstrate but customize them to suit whatever platforms you use. Pages include: quarterly toggle, Actions list, brand & strategy snapshot and backlinks.
- Landing page: that includes gallery views of all of the above plus: Year-At-A-Glance and Weekly Calendar View of the Content Library.
And being a Notion template, it's easy to customise and adjust to suit your own personal way of working.
